Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. was retained by the City of Prattville to provide the civil and architectural design of the new Arkay Plastics facility. The civil component of the project entailed master planning, site design, roads, utilities, and rail spur. The architectural piece consisted of the design of the 55,000 square foot facility to include office and manufacturing space. Our Environmental Division also provided a Phase I E.S.A. for the City of Prattville prior to design.
