Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. was retained by the Colonial BancGroup to provide professional services for a new Office Building Complex to be located in East Montgomery with visibility to Interstate 85. GMCís scope of services for the project included Master Planning, Pre-Design, Programming, Basic Architectural and Engineering Services, Post Construction Services, and Landscape Architecture. The 200,000 square foot office building will be occupied in the most part by the Owner with 30,000 square feet of the total being leased space. A structural parking deck was included in the project and will accommodate 360 to 380 vehicles, while additional surface parking was also provided. Engineering services for the 15-acre site included site design, utilities, and grading.
