Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. serves as the Engineer and Surveyor for the Deer Creek Community. Spanning more than 800 acres, this development was started in 1995 and still continues to grow. The lots of the single-family residences range from 50’ to 100’. Future plans include apartments and condominiums in the area. The community is enhanced by several fountains, small lakes, a large clubhouse, and a recreational park for residents to enjoy.
