Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. was retained by Jim Wilson & Associates and ALFA Realty to provide various surveying and engineering services including the sitework design to provide water, sanitary sewer and utilities, street layout and design, as well as the overall master plan for stormwater retention on the site.
