Lagoon Park

Lagoon Park, situated on 400 acres, was designed by Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. with the assistance of a recreational consultant. GM&C supervised a multi-disciplinary team in the construction of Lagoon Park’s championship 18-hole golf course, 17 tennis courts, softball complex, ponds, and recreational buildings. The park is a tremendous success and has been used as a model for other recreational park developments around the country.
