The Lakeview Center at EastChase

Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood was retained by Jim Wilson & Associates to provide architectural and civil engineering design for the new Lakeview Center, a four-story professional office building located off of Interstate 85 within the EastChase development. The civil engineering package included sitework, grading, storm drainage, and utility design.

The new 100,000 square foot office building, designed by GMCís Architecture Department, offers an upscale office environment to its occupants while using a blend of materials to suit the surrounding residential and retail areas. With stone and glass on the outside, the building features Italian marble and fine woods on the inside. A large 2,000 square foot terrace, fully landscaped and complete with arbors and seating areas, is located just off of the first floor and overlooks a beautiful lake. From the heating and cooling systems to the data connections, the office building utilizes the latest technologies. The Lakeview Center is already occupied by several prominent businesses and is the corporate headquarters for Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc.
