Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood’s Civil and Municipal Engineering, as well as the Environmental Engineering, Land Surveying, and Geotechnical Engineering Divisions worked together to assist Clarke County in bringing Louisiana Pacific (LP) Corporation's new OSB Facility to the county. The Civil Engineering component of the project included the site grading, utilities, rail spur and road design.
