National Village

Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. is currently preparing the Master Plan for the National Village, a development by Connor Brothers and the Retirement Systems of Alabama. The new residential development is situated around the prestigious Robert Trent Jones Grand National Golf Course in Opelika. Village 1, currently under design, consists of 23 lots and a part of Loop Road. Planning for future phases of Village 1 is also underway and will consist of approximately 189 homes, sites and various amenity areas. Future build-out for National Village will include seven Villages totaling around 1,170 homes encompassing 586 acres.
