Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. was retained by Jim Wilson & Associates to provide professional design services for a master plan of the New Park development. The 1,500 acre development will be zoned as a POD with an integral “smart growth” component. The development is on the east side of Montgomery and includes residential lots of all sizes, along with commercial, retail, and office areas.
