Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. was selected for the site design and the civil layout of the Promenade Shopping Center. Located on the corner of Vaughn and the Eastern Boulevard, this local shopping center is approximately 150,000 square feet. Included in the power center was a Winn-Dixie, a Books-A-Million, and an array of women’s clothing stores. The project required intricate detail to the entrances and exits surrounding the proposed site due to heavy traffic that accumulates in this particular area.
