Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. designed this new full service Hotel and Conference Center for Hoover, Alabama. The 240,000 square foot hotel is nestled on a 17-acre site that includes a golf course and beautiful landscape as far as the eye can see. The new hotel consists of 260 guest rooms, a full kitchen, and an indoor pool area, along with a total fitness gym that enables guests to relax and stay fit while at the hotel. A great amenity of the Conference Center is the 700-seat ballroom where businesses and other parties can gather for meetings in an elegant atmosphere. The center also includes meeting rooms, 4 boardrooms, a business center, and break rooms. Services also included landscape architectural services and master planning.
