Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. was retained by ALFA Realty to provide the engineering layout and design and the landscape architecture of the Sturbridge Plantation, a 600-acre mixed-use community. The development includes single family housing, an apartment complex of 350 units, community clubhouse and pool, parks, small lakes, roads, retail, and office sites, as well as commercial sites including a large shopping center located along the perimeter.
