Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. is providing land planning, surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for a 320 acre parcel of land on Taylor Road in Montgomery, Alabama. To date, GM&C has prepared the overall master plan for the property and coordinated the rezoning to Planned Unit Development. Sagestone at Taylor Lakes is complete. The landscaping and walls at the main entrance to Taylor Lakes was completed in Summer 2005.
