Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. is the Town Landscape Architect for the Waters, a 1200 acre traditional neighborhood development, the first in the Montgomery area. The Town Landscape Architect is responsible for setting the vision for the landscape component of the project. Site specific designs for the entrance, the pool area, and all public spaces are also the responsibility of the Town Landscape Architect.
