SCOPE OF WORK
The enclosure of the existing entrance Plaza at Bartow Arena, complete with new curtain wall framing and glazing, the removal of a portion of existing precast concrete seating and structure to develop a “Sideline Club” and provide the amenities associated with same, upgrades to existing Toilet Facilities (Men and Women) which will include new fixtures, new toilet partitions, and accessories, address ADA concerns and provide new facilities for Families, the removal and replacement of the existing competition flooring, the removal and replacement of telescopic seating at the floor level (lower bowl), the addition of HVAC units to accommodate the additional space, upgraded Lighting and finishes in the Toilets and Concourse and updated Electrical, IT and Fire Alarm Systems.
