Scope of work. Phase 2 will weatherproof the exterior structure, secure all entrances, and give
the exterior a fresh coat of paint. This work scope will include selective demolition, the
replacement of all doors and windows (plywood currently covers the windows and some doors
to prevent rain damage and any unauthorized access). This phase will also make necessary
repairs to the exterior structure so that the lead paint can be remediated and the exterior
structure painted. This will help show the community that progress is being made on the
schoolhouse and that additional phases are forthcoming.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Form 1095-C and Form W-2 are available to both current and former employees by logging in to ADP. These forms may also be provided upon request. Current and former employees who wish to receive a copy of either form must submit a request using one of the methods listed below:
