Download the Plan Order Form found under the Additional Bid Documents Tab below. Complete the form and return via email to Ashley.Nobles@gmcnetwork.com with a scanned copy of your plan deposit check. Check should be mailed to the Birmingham, AL office of GMC. No credit cards are accepted.
Bid Checks should be mailed to Birmingham office (please see plan order form).
The entire Project Manual should not be submitted to with the Bid. Do not staple any portion of the bid, all documents should be submitted unbound.
Prequalification Proposals (Letters of Interest(LOI) and Statements Qualifications (SOQ)) from General Contractors (Construction Service Firms) shall be submitted on 2:00 p.m. local time, on Friday, January 30, 2026.
Prequalified Bidders will be notified in writing or on about Friday, February 6, 2026.
Sealed bid proposals will be received on from Prequalified General Contractor Bidders on 5:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Form 1095-C and Form W-2 are available to both current and former employees by logging in to ADP. These forms may also be provided upon request. Current and former employees who wish to receive a copy of either form must submit a request using one of the methods listed below:
