Bobby leads the Water Resources and Treatment Division and has more than 25 years of water and wastewater project design experience and 35 years of construction experience. Under his leadership, the Water Resources and Treatment Division offers a single source for all water and wastewater planning, conveyance, transmission and treatment needs. He has earned a reputation among his clients for his ability to approach treatment plant design and improvement projects from the operator's point-of-view and to fully grasp and achieve their desired outcomes. His vast experience also allows him to combine the sometimes competing input of various stakeholders and offer outstanding advice throughout the design process. Bobby is a member of the American Water Works Association and Water Environment Federation, as well as the Montgomery Chapter of Catholic Social Services Board and Counselling Outreach for Emergency Pregnancy Board. He attended John Patterson Technical College and Auburn University at Montgomery.
