Since joining GMC, Denise’s work ethic, passion for the profession and ability to lead those around her have elevated her through the firm. Her ability to develop unique and innovative solutions to complex issues and eloquently communicate these solutions to local city and county leaders, and often the general public, make her an asset to any team. Denise serves as a project manager for various municipal and civil clients throughout Alabama, Florida and Mississippi, focusing her talents primarily on public works and infrastructure projects. She is responsible for providing consulting services to clients based on their needs, assisting them with the development of long-range capital improvement plans, water and sewer rate studies, and the evaluation of funding options while maximizing grant opportunities. For Denise, the most rewarding part of her job is being able to work with clients to help alleviate problems they encounter and provide a better quality of life for their citizens or customers.
