Abrazo West Valley Freestanding Emergency Department

The Abrazo West Valley Hospital desired to build a remote medical facility to serve as a feeder facility to their nearby main hospital facility. The two-story 30,000 square-foot facility includes six exam rooms, an isolation room, a secular room, four treatment areas, two trauma areas, a nurse station with support spaces, a waiting room and sub-waiting room, med gas room and vacuum pump room. The Imaging Department includes a computed tomography scan, general radiology, ultrasound, changing rooms, a nurse station with support spaces, a waiting room, and two offices. The laboratory with lab equipment was also included in the program. The second story is used for medical offices.
