The project consists of providing leadership and technical assistance to the Public Assistance (PA) team for the project formulation of an estimated $2,000,000.00 in PA reimbursement costs associated with the Easter tornados in 2020.

GMC also provided leadership and technical assistance to team for the project formulation of an estimated $700,000.00 in public assistance reimbursement costs associated with the February 2020 flooding event. GMC led the H&H study for the mitigation on five (5) county roads that were washed out during the event.

GMC provided leadership and technical assistance to the GMC PA team for the project formulation of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the CARES Act submitted through the state of South Carolina and the formulation of all documentation required to submit all costs associated with the FEMA declared COVID-19. The cost included supplies, FOL, a temporary hospital and supplies as a backup emergency room.
