He works closely with municipalities, government agencies and private companies, ensuring every phase – study, design, permitting, bidding, construction and startup – runs smoothly and efficiently.
Logan’s experience spans a wide range of projects, from treatment facility upgrades and plant expansions to system improvements and permitting. His hands-on leadership and collaborative approach have helped deliver reliable water solutions for communities and clients across the Southeast.
