Tim is a seasoned project manager with more than two decades of experience designing and overseeing infrastructure projects across the Southeast, particularly for municipalities. He has a deep understanding of working with a variety of funding sources, including state agencies and federal programs, to help communities bring essential projects to life.
Tim’s expertise covers everything from water system improvements and sewer upgrades to roadway expansions and park facilities, with successful projects in Alabama, Tennessee and Florida. His collaborative approach and knowledge of funding mechanisms – such as Community Development Block Grants, Transportation Enhancement and Rural Development – make him a trusted partner for clients navigating complex projects and funding requirements.
