Work includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Sitework and utilities as described in the contract documents.
2. Procurement and installation of a Pre-engineered Metal Building.
3. Installation of interior walls and finishes as described in the contract documents
4. All new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems as described in the contract documents.
5. Coordination of work with Owner, Architect and ACCS Regional Director.
6. Fully complete and warrantable project within the timeframe established for procurement and installation as described in the contract documents.
