Tim serves as the Transportation Manager for GMC’s Huntsville office, bringing more than 35 years of experience in both public and private sector engineering.
His leadership style is shaped by his 14 years as Chief Operations Officer for the City of Hoover, where he successfully oversaw the planning, design and construction of the $85 million Hoover Met Sports Park and Finley Center. Tim’s expertise spans transportation planning, airport projects, roadway improvements and intersection enhancements throughout Alabama and the Southeast.
As a licensed Professional Engineer in Alabama and Mississippi, Tim has built strong relationships with regulatory agencies and government partners, making him a trusted advocate for communities seeking to improve their infrastructure. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of funding mechanisms help clients navigate complex projects from concept to completion.
