Additional Bid Information:

Work includes, but is not limited to, new pre-fabricated storm shelters at each location (4 locations- Tuscaloosa, Maplesville, Livingston & Greensboro), and all related work required to complete the new facilities, as indicated on the Bid and Contract Documents.

Workmen’s Compensation, extended fire and tornado insurance, public liability and property damage insurance; and Builders Risk insurance will be required.  Insurance in compliance with requirements and verification of E-Verify enrollment will be required at the signing of the Contract.

In accordance with applicable regulations, Form 1095-C and Form W-2 are available to both current and former employees by logging in to ADP. These forms may also be provided upon request. Current and former employees who wish to receive a copy of either form must submit a request using one of the methods listed below:
