Pre-Qualification is required. Pre-Qualifications are due to GMC no later than 5:00p.m. January 20th 2026. Renovating the interior and upgrading the exterior of the existing circa 1952 practice gymnasium, restroom renovations and reconfiguration, exterior renovations and modifications, along with the balance of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.
