Bids shall be submitted via email to Tim Wasyluka, Bessemer National Airport Executive Director, at tim.wasyluka@bessemerairportauthority.com with a copy to Jennifer Farineau, at jennifer.farineau@gmcnetwork.com, no later than 5:00 pm CDT on Friday, December 19, 2025.
The bid shall be attached to the email in PDF format. The subject line of the email shall state the name of the Project. The body of the email shall include the bidder’s general contractor’s license number or otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be rejected. Pre-qualification of bidders is not required.
