Bid Documents may be obtained from the Architect by digital access/file sharing access and/or deposit of $250.00 per set, which will be refunded in full on the first two (2) sets issued to each bidder submitting a bona fide bid, upon return of documents in good condition and reusable condition within ten (10) days of bid date. Sealed proposals will be received by the Architect, Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC at their office located at 2660 EastChase Lane, Suite 200, Montgomery, Alabama 36117; UNTIL 2:00 PM, THURSDAY, July 23, 2026, and thereafter opened publicly.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Form 1095-C and Form W-2 are available to both current and former employees by logging in to ADP. These forms may also be provided upon request. Current and former employees who wish to receive a copy of either form must submit a request using one of the methods listed below:
