Cole leads the civil engineering department in our Birmingham office. He has managed and designed civil engineering projects for more than 20 years, including healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, municipal, educational, airport and recreation projects. He is especially skilled at land development and planning for large complex sites with short timelines and often advises clients on their site selection helping to identify the challenges and providing solutions. He’s helped many well known commercial clients to understand and navigate the process helping to ensure that the site and infrastructure can be the right fit for them. His desire to share his best practices with clients has led him to author several articles on site selection that have also been published in Plant Engineering and Area Development magazines.
