Kristen has been part of the GMC team for nearly a decade and currently serves as the Vice President of Finance. In this role, she is responsible for directing the finance department and establishing policies and metrics for employee utilization rates, accounts receivable and collections, cost control and budgeting, billing and data reporting. She also manages finances for GMC’s subsidiary companies, in addition to focusing on quality control. Kristen graduated with a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in accounting from Auburn University at Montgomery and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
