GMC opened its Lutz office in April 2023 upon the acquisition of engineering firm Commercial Site Solutions (CSS).

Located in the Tampa Bay Area, the team focuses on site planning and civil engineering design services for a wide range of developments, including commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional and residential projects. The Lutz office represents GMC’s fourth location in Florida and further strengthens the firm’s presence in the Sunshine State. It plays a key role in advancing GMC’s growth strategy across Central Florida.
