Gainesville VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic and Mental Health Facility

Those who have served our country deserve the best care available and this project provides the highest quality of care to veterans in Gainesville. The project included the demolition and abatement of an existing facility and the construction of the 100,000-square-foot, two-story outpatient clinic and the 57,000-square-foot, single-story mental health clinic, designated for veterans.

Health First Palm Bay Expansion

Set to break ground in Summer 2026, the Palm Bay Hospital Patient Tower Expansion is a transformative project designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community. This five-story addition will significantly increase the hospital’s capacity and enhance the patient experience, with completion anticipated in 2028.

Health First Labor and Delivery Unit

This interior build-out transformed the existing space on the 5th floor of Health First Viera Hospital into a 14-bed Labor and Delivery Clinic. Designed with both patients and staff in mind, the new unit features centralized staff support areas, two cesarean operating rooms and an infant nursery.
