April is a Biologist in GMC’s Environmental Department with a wide range of experience which includes project coordination and compliance with state and federal agencies including Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM), Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), Alabama Historical Commission (AHS), National Resources and Conservation Service (NRCS), FAA, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She has experience in waters of the U.S. delineations, USACE permitting, mitigation banking and site monitoring, threatened and endangered species surveys, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental assessments, macroinvertebrate sampling and water quality testing. In addition, April is proficient in performing background research, desktop property evaluations, on-site investigations and report preparation.
