Arden Pathak

Arden Pathak is GMC’s General Counsel and Vice President of Risk/Legal. As the firm’s in-house counsel, she advised corporate leadership on legal issues, works with departments on risk management, manages litigation and claims and oversees matters related to GMC’s legal function. She also works to minimize risk through employee education, training and review of policies and procedures. Arden’s background is in general civil litigation with emphasis in construction law and dispute resolution. Previously, she served as an attorney for the Alabama General Contractors Licensing Board and Capell & Howard, P.C. She earned her law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University after completing undergraduate studies at Auburn University.
