As Vice President of Market Strategies, Jim leads the internal marketing team, external marketing, brand positioning, business development and the governmental relations division. For 10 years, Jim served as regional vice president of Georgia, growing the team to more than 100 professionals in five offices throughout the state. He is passionate about encouraging personal leadership and growth and providing opportunities for employees to lead and thrive. Jim is engaged in many organizations, including being named the Greater North Fulton Chamber Board Member of the Year and a Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2019 graduate. He is also a member of the Junior Achievement of Georgia Board of Directors, Economic Development Association of Georgia, Association of County Commissioners of Georgia, Georgia Municipal Association, Georgia Rural Water Association, Georgia Association of Water Professionals and Association for Learning Environments.
