As Regional Vice President for GMC’s North Alabama region, Gary is responsible for leading business development and marketing efforts as well as managing employee development across offices. Gary has been with GMC for more than 20 years and has managed numerous award-winning projects that are designed to create opportunities in the local community by enhancing education, the civic environment and improved quality of life. He’s actively involved in the community through organizations including the Alabama Association of School Boards, School Superintendents of Alabama and Homewood Educational Building Authority. Gary received his Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University and was involved in Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Graduate School of Design Seminar: Learning Environments for Tomorrow: Next Practices for Architects and Educators, 2015. He is a registered architect in Alabama, Mississippi and North Carolina and a LEED Green Associate.
