Josh has over 21 years of experience designing and detailing multiple project and construction types of various scales and complexities. His proficiency in 3D design and building information modeling (BIM) allows him to create and communicate more effectively with clients.
Working in and around Charleston has also afforded him wide-ranging experience working with historic and existing structures; working within tight, difficult sites; navigating a rigorous design review process; and understanding seismic, high-wind, flood prone, poor soil, and fire district areas.
