Kelly is the Office Leader for Pensacola and active in the Pensacola community. She serves on several local boards including the City of Pensacola Urban Core Redevelopment Board and the Downtown YMCA Advisory Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola and was elected as a 2023-2024 Vice President of AIA Florida, in addition to serving in several previous leadership positions for AIA on the local and state levels. She was awarded the Associate Member Individual Honor Award from AIA Florida, the Service to the Profession Award from AIA Florida Northwest, has been recognized as a Citizen Architect and was awarded an AIA Florida Presidential Citation in 2014.
