Kevin is a professional land surveyor with over 20 years of experience in surveying and engineering design. With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology, he has expertise in civil design, planning, and all phases of design and construction. His experience spans municipal, industrial, commercial, residential, transportation, infrastructure, utilities, stormwater, and FEMA floodplain mapping projects. As head of the surveying department, he oversees business development, client relations, proposals, and workload management.
