Aviation Project Planner
Throughout his extensive career, Mark Paslick has been providing aviation consulting services to hundreds of airport boards and authorities throughout the US. Mark’s breadth and depth of his experience includes NPIAS application, feasibility studies, master plans, environmental assessments, noise analysis, aviation activity forecasts, site feasibility and selection studies, airport design, terminal area layouts, obstruction analysis, and airport layout plans. Additionally, he has aided in land acquisitions and on federal and state funding applications. As a planner, Mr. Paslick has written and developed planning documents for every new general aviation airport constructed in FAA’s Memphis District over the past three decades. He has supervised numerous airport design and construction projects including small runway overlays and has designed and constructed several new general aviation airports.
