Rob has extensive experience in green infrastructure (GI) and low impact development (LID) stormwater management, stormwater modeling, field monitoring, project implementation, design, construction oversight, and maintenance, in addition to being a licensed Civil Engineer in the Water Resources and Environmental specialty area. Rob received a four-year postdoctoral research fellowship with U.S. EPA’s National Risk Management Research Laboratory to study GI/LID practices. At EPA, he collaborated with and provided technical guidance to engineers, municipalities, and other researchers to design, implement, and evaluate performance of GI/LID practices.
