Russ Hale is a seasoned professional with experience on the design and construction side giving him the ability to ensure excellent customer service and overall project expectations are being satisfied regardless of the scope. His experience is generated from a wide range of project types including healthcare, hospitality, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use projects from initial feasibility concepts to final construction. He revels in problem solving and can creatively guide project designs that generate value and help clients achieve their mission critical goals. In addition to working with seasoned professionals at national architectural firms, he previously managed his own firm focusing on design and preconstruction services for an ENR Top 200 CM/GC.
