Sam is a senior engineer with over 20 years of multi-disciplinary civil engineering experience serving local governments across the state of Georgia. His vast experience has been focused on the management, design, and construction administration of various privately, locally and federally funded projects.
These projects include landscape architecture (landscape design, land planning, parks and recreation, stream restorations); bicycle/pedestrian (sidewalks, streetscapes, trails, shared-use paths); planning (comprehensive plans, planning studies, public engagement, municipal code updates); municipal services (general consulting, GIS, funding applications, development plan reviews, asset management, bidding and construction administration); stormwater (stormwater management, CIP projects, master plans, MS4 compliance); and land development (private commercial, industrial, mixed-use, surveying, entitlements).
