The Work of the project includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive renovation of the Lurleen B. Wallace Community College Welding Building D, approximately 17,000 SF. The work includes a complete interior demolition and renovation, replacement of all exterior openings, site improvements, and full replacement of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and technology.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Form 1095-C and Form W-2 are available to both current and former employees by logging in to ADP. These forms may also be provided upon request. Current and former employees who wish to receive a copy of either form must submit a request using one of the methods listed below:
