Augusta Projects

Hurricane Helene brought utter devastation across the South the night of September 26, 2024, and into the next day. The unprecedented storm was quickly ranked as one of the worst natural disasters in history for Augusta, Georgia. As part of the Augusta debris removal effort, our team provided critical data management and project controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability throughout the project.
The Pembroke, GA Comprehensive Plan is a long-term roadmap guiding the city’s growth through 2045 while preserving its small-town character and historic charm. It focuses on managing development, expanding infrastructure, and ensuring housing and services meet the needs of a growing population. The plan balances future growth with the community’s vision, values, and environmental priorities.
The Bryan County, GA Comprehensive Plan, named Blueprint Bryan 2045, is a long-term strategy to guide growth, development and infrastructure through 2045. It addresses rapid population increases, aiming to balance growth with community character and environmental preservation. It is designed as a flexible, living document that will evolve with future needs and challenges.
This expansion of the existing facility added 80,500 square feet to StandardAero’s Augusta MRO facility. This new facility supports additional large aircraft for airframe and avionics while also significantly expanding the engine shop to further support many of those aircraft. The expansion of the facilities includes hangar space for aircraft and avionics maintenance, repair and overhaul work, an additional engine shop, offices, increased parking and more.
GMC partnered with the City of Statesboro and Bulloch County to develop and adopt a major update to the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for 2045. Beginning with a review of the largely implemented Long Range Transportation Plan from 2009, a full Needs Assessment was conducted including an updated Travel Demand Model to show results of alternative scenarios.
