The Bryan County, GA Comprehensive Plan, named Blueprint Bryan 2045, is a long-term strategy to guide growth, development and infrastructure through 2045. It addresses rapid population increases, aiming to balance growth with community character and environmental preservation. The update was adopted in October 2023, and is intended to serve as a designed as a flexible, living document that will evolve with future needs and challenges.

With major developments like the Hyundai EV plant, Bryan County is preparing for significant population and economic growth, aiming to ensure infrastructure, housing and services keep pace without overwhelming the community.
The plan introduces clear zoning and land-use strategies to reduce conflicts, guide where growth should happen and protect the county’s rural and environmental character.


Improving roads, utilities, and broadband is a top priority in the plan, as current systems need to be updated to handle projected demands.
