GMC first opened its doors in Tampa in February 2020. Strategically located in Tampa’s Central Business District, GMC's office is ideally positioned to foster brand recognition in the marketplace.

Our staff has made a commitment to community through participation with the Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Downtown Partnership, AIA, Museum of Art and Transportation Council. Additionally our office is within easy walking distance of a variety of venues in our growing downtown, including the Riverwalk, dozens of restaurants, the Streetcar, WaterStreet District, Sparkman Wharf, Curtis Hixon Park, Cross Bay Ferry and Amalie Arena (home to the NHL’s Bay Lightning as well as numerous concerts and events).

Our architecture team has developed a comprehensive project portfolio and expertise in multi-family residential, affordable housing, k-12 education, hospitality/hotels, mixed-use urban infill and sports facilities.
