GMC transitioning corporate structure to an LLC beginning in 2021

There will be no change in company leadership or governance of the firm. The change to our name and corporate structure will have no impact on our clients, business partners or others that we do business with, aside from seeing a slightly different name on legal documents.

This change will only impact new contracts for new projects as of Jan. 1, 2021. All existing contracts and agreements will remain under Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, Inc., as we slowly transition all operations and contracts to Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC over time.
