Lakeside Lodge features a four-story resort condo complex with 118 units. The condos are a mixture of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedrooms.
The condos also include all the amenities of a high-end hotel including 24/7 concierge service, housekeeping and maintenance, a lobby, restaurant, bar, fitness center and meeting space. Condo owners can also rent out full units and lock-off individual bedrooms (in the two- and three-bedroom units) to generate income by utilizing the resort’s professionally managed short-term rental program to lease their units for the night, weekend, or week at a time.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Form 1095-C and Form W-2 are available to both current and former employees by logging in to ADP. These forms may also be provided upon request. Current and former employees who wish to receive a copy of either form must submit a request using one of the methods listed below:
